Pantone matching and custom color solutions for premium sock production
We offer precise Pantone color matching, custom color combinations, and multi-color development to help bring your brand vision to life. We can also match approximate Pantone references and Sansan shade card equivalents based on HEX color codes provided by clients, helping ensure smoother alignment with existing brand systems. For jacquard production, our machines can support socks with over ten colors per pair, allowing for more detailed and visually rich designs while maintaining color consistency across production batches.
Standard and custom sizing for every market
We offer standard sizes ranging from infant sizes to extra-large adult sizes, and custom sizing is also available upon request. Size "L" is one size for men (fits 90% of men). Size "M" is one size for women (fits 90% of women). Size "OS" is one size for adults (fits 85% of adults). For orders starting from 120 pairs per design, per color, per size, you may include any quantity combination within adult sizes or within children's sizes, since adult and youth socks use different needle counts.

Premium yarn and blend options for different performance needs
We offer a wide range of material options including combed cotton, bamboo fiber, merino wool, polyester, nylon, and spandex blends to achieve the right balance of comfort, durability, and performance. If no special material is specified, our standard composition is 75% combed cotton, 10% polyester, 10% nylon, and 5% spandex. If anti-pilling performance is required, we can also offer our latest anti-pilling treatment and production solutions.
Advanced knitting and finishing capabilities for premium sock production
Our factory supports a wide gauge range including 72N, 96N, 120N, 144N, 168N, and 200N machines, allowing us to produce different sock structures from standard styles to finer and more technical products. We are equipped with opening machines and high-end seamless linking-integrated machines, and we can support complex constructions such as half-terry, full-terry, and other advanced knitting techniques. Additional features such as mesh ventilation panels, seamless toe closure, and reinforced heel and toe structures are also available depending on the design requirements.
Comprehensive premium packaging solutions for private label sock brands
We offer a highly comprehensive premium packaging solution for custom sock brands, covering everything from woven labels and printed tags to paper sleeves, hang tags, rigid paperboard boxes, gift boxes, polybags, and export cartons. For higher-end presentation, we can provide extra-rigid paperboard packaging, with optional laser printing or ink printing, as well as gloss or matte lamination finishes, helping your packaging better reflect your brand identity at every touchpoint.
Flexible sampling options before bulk production
Initial samples usually take 7–15 days depending on the complexity of the design. To help save time during development, we can provide comprehensive photos and videos for remote sample review, allowing you to check colors, structure, and overall appearance more efficiently. If a stricter quality check is needed, we can also ship physical samples for in-hand evaluation before bulk production.
